One of our best mission partners outside of Farmville is CEDEPCA in Guatemala. The Protestant Center for Pastoral Studies in Central America (CEDEPCA) provides education that contributes to the transformation of lives and contexts by providing training and accompaniment, and offers space for all kinds of people to grow in good ways as God intends. They do so many different ministries from disaster assistance to environmental work to safe drinking water to healthy personhood to self-sufficiency for the poorest of Guatemalans and more. By investing in people from across the nation, they are loving Guatemala into something better. Our friends from CEDEPCA will be with us Saturday, October 24 at 1:00 p.m. to share more what is going on and to inspire us with God is doing through them.
